Plan your PL experience using the Design Principles to guide the PL design. The 10 Focused Questions to further help you design PL experiences that are consistent with the design principles.

The Doing - Enact

Use the A-R-C Learning Modelto provide a variety of learning experiences and use of the Blended PL Guide to feature different elements (e.g., synchronous/ asynchronous, online/in-person) in the learning.

The Impact - Review

Understand the efficacy of PL – whether PL has been effective and relevant. Use the LEARN Model to improve current efforts.

PL designers are at the heart of MOE's PL ecosystem, playing the roles of learning architects, learning technologists, curator-creators and data scientists to support teachers' holistic professional growth.
