Dr S Ravindran

Profile

Dr S.Ravindran started his career in teaching at his alma mater, Swiss Cottage Secondary School, in 1991 teaching Physics and Mathematics. From 1998 to 2003, he served in the Educational Technology Division of MOE as a Senior IT Instructor and Educational Technology Officer. In 2004, he returned to Swiss Cottage Secondary to continue his service to the school as its HOD Science till 2008. He was on secondment at the National Institute of Education as a teaching fellow from 2008 till 2013, sharing his school and MOE HQ experiences with fellow educators. He obtained his Masters in Education Technology from the University of Southern Queensland in 2003 and his Doctor of Education from the University of Western Australia in 2013. Presently, he is serving the teaching fraternity as a Master Teacher with the Academy of Singapore Teachers, exploring and learning together with fellow teachers in a common quest for professional excellence.
