MSF Fostering Scheme

MSF-DB-Fostering microsite-Fostering in Singapore (Banner)

The Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) administers the Fostering Scheme to help vulnerable children and teenagers below the age of 18 to find foster families which will offer them a home. These children and teens are unable to live with their own families as they could have been abandoned, neglected or abused.

Fostering is a temporary care arrangement where families provide foster children and teens with basic necessities and more importantly, shower them with the love, care and nurture every child deserves. Our hope is for these children to benefit from a safe, stable and conducive home environment.

Our foster parents provide, not only a place of safety, but also warmth, comfort and a positive experience of family to the foster children in their care.

Open your heart and homes today. Be a Foster Parent!

If you can offer a child a home and encouragement for a brighter and more secure future, call MSF at 63548799 or visit www.msf.gov.sg/fostering to find out more.
